The office at 22 Gray Street Hughenden is currently used by an Accountant and a Chiropracter who are both based in Townsville and who travel to Hughenden once a month to see clients, the building is empty at all other times.

We are looking for other business operators who would like to rent an office in Hughenden on a daily basis to see clients or carry on their business. The building has a Waiting Room with a separated Reception area, 2 Offices, Smoko Room with Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Cutlery and mostother items you would need during the day) and a small room that would be suitable to work in. The building is fully air-conditioned, power is provided and we have NBN (FTTN) Internet connected that may be available if required.

The rent for each office for a day is $150 (plus cleaning cost if applicable) and as the offices need to be cleaned after each use there would be an additional cost for cleaning unless you were prepared to clean the office after your visit. We have all cleaning items (mot, bucket and broom) required so this cost is dependant upon being prepared to clean the office yourself or not.
